MAUMELLE, Ark. - The University of Northern Iowa women's golf team completed its second tournament of the spring season Tuesday at the Little Rock/Arkansas State Invitational held at Maumelle Country Club.
UNI's Allison Rolinger tied for the tournament lead in total birdies (8) in the 54-hole event. Rolinger tied for 31st in the individual standings with rounds of 79-75-85 (239).
Paige Van Dyk recorded her 13th sub-80 round of the season Tuesday with a final round tally of 76. Van Dyk also tied for 31st overall with scores of 81-82-76 (239).
Sonja Przybylski notched the second-most birdies on the team in the event with five. Przybylski secured her fifth sub-80 round of the spring with a final round 76. Przybylski tied for 41st overall with scores of 85-83-76 (244).
Sarah McMichael tied her season-low round with a 79 Tuesday. McMichael finished 46th overall with rounds of 89-81-79 (249).
Maddie Bertsch tied for 50th with scores of 79-81-83 (253).
Central Arkansas won the team race with a three-round total of 902. Wichita State took second place at 906 and Missouri State placed third with 917 strokes. UNI placed ninth overall with rounds of 324-321-314 (959).
UNI will be back in action this weekend on April 2-3 at the Bradley Invitational. The tournament will be held at WeaverRidge Golf Club in Peoria, Ill.
