2008-2009: Placed third in the 400 IM and the 100 free in the dual against Iowa ...Finished first in the 200 IM in the dual against Iowa State...Fifth in the 200-yard IM (2:09.80) and the 400-yard IM (4:35.35), 11th in the 100-yard free (53.93) at MVC tournament ...Was part of the 200, 400, 800 medley relays and the 400 free relay all taking fourth at the MVC tournament...All-Conference honorable mention.
2007-08: Swam second leg of winning 500 free relay team in double-dual against SDSU and Northern Colorado...Took home top honors in the 100 Free, 200 IM and anchored winning 400 Free Relay at South Dakota...Finished first in 200 free, 200 IM, and 400 free relay in dual with Nebraska-Omaha...Swam to a first-place finish in 200 IM and 200 free relay in dual against Minnesota State-Mankato...Placed first in 100 free, 200 free, and 200 IM at dual with Minnesota State-Moorhead...Won the 400 IM and 200 free in double-dual with Grinnell and Morningside...Took fifth in 200 IM, fourth in 400 medley relay, fifth in the 400 IM and ninth in the 100 free at the MVC Championships...Itzen held the team's season-best 200 free (1:56.26) and 400 IM (4:35.49)...Member of the school-recording holding 400 free relay (3:34.50).
HIGH SCHOOL: Apart of a three-time state championship 200 free relay team...10-time Mississippi Valley conference champion in the 100 free, 200 IM, 400 free relay, 200 free relay and 200 medley relay...was conference runner-up three times in two different events...finished 4th at state in 200 IM her junior season...holds one CFHS school record in the 400 free relay.
