2022 INDOOR: Part of the fifth-place distance medley relay team at the MVC Championships (10:21.34) ... part of a relay team that place eighth in 4x400 meter with a time of 3:25.67 at the Hawkeye Invitational (Jan. 15).
HIGH SCHOOL: Is a two-time Iowa high school state champion in the 4x800 and 1,600-meter run for Liberty High School ... was part of a distance medley team that took second at the state championships his senior year ... broke five school records ... was named Liberty Male Athlete of the Year as a senior ... was part of two teams that finished in the top 10 at cross country ... was part of a track and field team that took eighth at the high school state championships ... lost his junior year of track and field due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... was on honor roll all four years ... two-time state cross country qualifier ... qualified for the Drake Relays as a junior ... also played golf, basketball and baseball in addition to running cross country and track and field.
