2018-19 INDOOR SEASON: Finished first at the Black & Gold Premier in the 3000 with a time of 8:38.87.
2018 OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 3,000-steeplechase at the Gibson Invite (4/6-7) with a time of 9:26.58... Won the steeplechase at the Tom Botts (4/20-21) with a time of 9:23.80… Finished fifth with a career-best mark in the 1,500m of 3:58.09 at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/4)… Ran a career-best time in the steeplechase at the MVC Championship with a time 9:19.49 for an eighth-place finish.
2018 INDOOR: Set a career-best mark in the 1,000m at the Panther Open(1/13) with a time of 2:34.77 to pick up a third-place finish… Competed in the 3K at the Jim Emmerich Invite (1/20)… Ran a PR in the mile at the Mark Messersmith Invite (1/27) with a time of 4:20.79 for a sixth-place finish… Competed at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/9-10) and the Shell Shocker Meet (2/16)… Finished 15th in the 3K at the MVC Indoor Championship with a time of 8:41.18.
PRIOR TO UNI: Ran distance at Iowa Central Community College.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School.
PERSONAL: Also on the UNI cross country team.
