2014: INDOOR: Ran a personal-best in the 60 meter hurdles at the Iowa Big Four Duals (1/18) with a time of 9.91 … also notched a PR time in the 400 meter hurdles at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/31) with a time of 1:09.87 to earn fourth all-time at UNI.
2014: OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was named team captain and Athlete of the Year in 2012-13 … earned first team all-metro for the 400 meter hurdles and first team shuttle hurdle relay in 2013 … holds the school record in the 4X400 and shuttle hurdle relays … earned first team all-metro in the 4X200, sprint medley and shuttle hurdle relays in 2012 … was first team all-metro in the 4X200 and sprint medley relays in 2011 and was named to the Elite first team in the shuttle hurdle relay … earned second team all-metro in the 4X400 in 2010 … also lettered in basketball.
PERSONAL: Daughter Randy and Candy … has four siblings, Shelby, Kenzie, Alexandra and Austin … was a volunteer for the Special Olympics … majoring in communications with a minor in sports marketing.
