2014: OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000 meters at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22), notching a personal-best time of 18:51.02 … also finished with a PR time in the 1,500 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational (5/9) with a time of 5:04.37 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Ran a season-best time in the mile at the Panther Open (1/12) with a time of 5:38.77 … ran a personal-best time of 10:57.45 in the 3,000 meters at the Dome Open (2/15).
OUTDOOR: Recorded a season-best time in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Duncan Invite (4/12) with a time of 5:08.07 … finished with a personal-best time in the 5,000 meters at the Alabama Relays (3/22) with a time of 19:31.26 … earned the Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2012: INDOOR: Competed primarily in the mile during the indoor season ... ran a personal best time in the mile at the Iowa Invitational (2/17) with a time of 5:35.74.
OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1,500 meters four times during the season ... notched a personal best time in the 1,500 meters at the Musco Invitational (4/21), finishing with a time of 5:06.14.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field and cross country at Denver High School … turned in a third place finish in the 3,000 meters at the state track meet in 2010 … was an individual qualifier for the state cross country meet her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons … placed sixth overall at the state cross country meet as a junior, eighth as a sophomore and 11th as a freshman.
