2013: INDOOR: Set a new school record in the 400 meter hurdles at the Jack Jennett Invite (1/25) with a time of 1:03.43, making history as the first UNI woman to run the indoor 400 Hurdles … ran a personal-best time in the 400 meters at the Meyo Invite (2/1) with a time of 58.17.
OUTDOOR: Earned fifth all-time at UNI in the 400 meter hurdles at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10) with a personal-best time of 1:00.87 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2012: INDOOR: Ran a season-best time in the 400 meters at the MVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25) with a time of 58.46 ... notched a personal best time in the 300 meters at the Panther Open (1/14) with a time of 41.70.
OUTDOOR: Ran a personal best time in the 400 meter hurdles at the USF Bulls Invitational (3/15) with a time of 1:02.16 ... was a member of the 4X400 meter relay team that finished all-conference and third overall at the MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/11) ... finished first in the 400 meter hurdles at the ESU Relays (4/7) with a time of 1:03.01.
2011: INDOOR: Competed in the 400 meters during the indoor season ... ran her season best time in the 400 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) with a time of 59.90.
