2021 OUTDOOR: Stopped the clock with a personal-best of 3:57.99 in the 1500 meters at the USD Early Bird (April 3) … Placed fifth with a time of 15:51.40 in the 5000 meters at the Illinois State Invitational (April 30 - May 1).
2021 INDOOR: Clocked a personal-best of 8:53.13 in the 3000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-28) … Posted a season-best in the mile with a time of 4:24.01 to place fourth at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 22) … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed third with a time of 3:28.82 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 22).
2020 INDOOR: Competed at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10) and the Bison Team Cup (1/18)… Placed second in the 4x800 at the Jack Jennett Open (1/23)… Recorded a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:21.22 at the Cyclone Open (1/24)… Placed third in the 3,000 meters with a personal best time of 9:03.19 at the Wartburg Meet (2/7)… Competed at the Iowa State Classic (2/14)… Recorded a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 1:59.28 at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Invitational (2/22)… Competed in the distance medley relay at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/29).
