2021 OUTDOOR: Posted a personal-best score of 6369 to place third in the decathlon at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 14-16) … Clinched first with a personal-best time of 52.82 in the 400-meter hurdles at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7) … Recorded a second-place finish with a personal-best mark of 48.00m in the javelin at the Gibson Invitational (April 16-17) … Member of the 4x400-meter relay teams that placed third with a time of 3:15.39 at the Drake Relays (April 22-24) and placed second with a time of 3:18.05 at the USD Early Bird (April 3) … Took third with a time of 53.33 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Illinois State Invitational (April 30 - May 1).
2021 INDOOR: Earned All-Conference honors for the heptathlon, recording a personal-best score of 5082 to place second at the MVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-28) … Posted a personal-best mark of 7.08m in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-28) … Clocked a personal-best time of 22.43 in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 12-13) … Clinched first in the heptathlon with a score of 4832 at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 22) … Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took third with a time of 3:25.61 at the Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet (Jan. 29).
2020 INDOOR: Placed third in the 4x400 at the Jimmy Grant Invite (12/14)… Recorded a personal best in the 200 meters with a time of 23.03 at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10)… Placed second in the 4x400 at the Bison Team Cup (1/18)… Placed second in the heptathlon at the Jack Jennett Open (1/23)… Competed at the Black and Gold Premier (1/31), Iowa State Classic (2/14), and Liz Wuertz Indoor Invitational (2/22)… Placed third and recorded a personal best mark of 5,035 in the heptathlon and competed in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/29).
