2015: INDOOR: Scored team points at the MVC Championships (2/28), placing fourth overall with a height of 6-7.50 ... won the high jump at the UNI-Dome Open (2/20) ... set a new personal-best at the Iowa State Classic (2/13), grabbing a mark of 6-8.75.
2015: OUTDOOR: Finished sixth overall in the high jump at the MVC Championships (5/15) ... tied his season-best mark of 6-6.75 at the ESU Spring Open (3/28) and the Husker Spring Invitational (4/11).
2014: INDOOR: Set an indoor personal-best in the high jump at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/6) with a mark of 6-8.00 for a third place finish … also finished in third place in the high jump at the Iowa Big Four Dual (1/18).
2014: OUTDOOR: Matched his personal-best height of 6-8.00 at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22) … scored team points at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/16), placing eighth overall in the high jump.
High School: Lettered in track and field all four years … was a four-time state qualifier … earned a state championship in the high jump his sophomore year and holds the school record in the event … was a three-time Drake Relays qualifier and a one-time Kansas Relays qualifier … helped his team to a conference championship in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … also lettered in basketball and football, setting school records in most receiving yards in a single season and career and was the second player in school history to score 1,000+ points in basketball.
Personal: Son of Clint and Pam … has two siblings, Caine and Callie … was part of the Honor Roll his senior year … majoring in elementary education.
