2014: INDOOR: Opened her collegiate career with a big personal-best in the 400 meters at the Iowa Big Four Duals (1/18), finishing with a time of 56.68 to place second overall … finished in the top-five in every regular season meet in the 400 meters, including a win in the event at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) … was a part of the second place 4X400 meter relay team at the MVC Indoor Championships (3/1), earning all-conference.
2014: OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best in the 200 meters at the ESU Spring Open (3/29) with a time of 25.93 … finished with an outdoor personal-best in the 400 meters at the SIUE Gateway Invitational (4/19) with a time of 58.48.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was the indoor state champion in the 400 meters in 2012 … was also the outdoor state champion in the 400 meters and 800 meter medley relay in 2012 … holds the school record in the 800 meter medley relay … was Elite all-state in 2011 in the 400 meters and the 800 meter medley relay … was team captain in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … helped her team to a conference championship in 2012 … helped her sprint medley relay team to a fifth place finish at the Drake Relays in 2011 and to a state championship in 2012 … also lettered in volleyball and softball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Cassandra and Oliver … has three siblings, Olivia, Cassie and Simora … did volunteer work with the United Neighbors … majoring in leisure, youth and human services.
