Ike Hermer was named the Panthers' video coordinator in July 2024 after spending the previous five seasons as UNI's director of basketball operations.
In this roll, Hermer oversees video operations and analysis for the Panthers for practice and game film, as well as scouting purposes and on-court coaching duties. He also participates in off-campus recruiting for the program.
Hermer spent the previous five years prior to UNI at the University of Minnesota, spending the previous three seasons as the assistant director of player personnel for the Gophers. In that roll Hermer created scouting reports, scheduled recruiting visits, and directed the team's youth camps. Hermer served as the assistant director of operations as well as the team's academic advisor.
Hermer earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Minnesota where he majored in Marketing and Mass Communication in 2015 and later earned his Master's Degree in Kinesiology in 2017.
