Sauerbrei has the height and the athleticism to be a big contributor in his career at UNI. He had a productive senior year for Wapsie Valley with 56.5 tackles, including 11 TFLs and five sacks. He earned First-Team All-State honors after leading WVHS to a 7-3 season. He is a hard-working, tough-nosed athlete.
