2015: Played in 13 games for the Panthers and started in eight at left tackle … was a part of the UNI offensive line that created holes for the Panther rushing corps, allowing UNI to have two 1,000+ yard rushers in the same season for the first time in school history … helped UNI to a school record 3,266 rushing yards … started on the Panther offense that finished the season ranked No. 15 in the FCS in rushing offense … started at left tackle on the line that assisted UNI to four straight games with 300-or-more yards on the ground.
Prior to UNI: Attended Iowa Western Community College, earning first-team All-Conference and first-team All-American … was also on the wrestling team, earning All-American and a fifth place finish.
High School (West Hancock High School): Was named the 2012 Globe Gazette All-Area Player of the Year as a running back … selected as a team captain as a senior … earned IHSAA All-District Football, Class A first-team All-State running back and INA All-State Football Class A second-team in 2012 … helped his team to a District 2 Championship during his senior season … selected to the All-State, All-Area and All-Region first-teams as a junior … also named to the IHSAA All-District Football team and the INA All-State Class A first-team in 2011 … awarded the IHSAA Excellence in Academic Achievement Award in 2011 … also honored with All-District fullback recognition in 2010 along with third-team All-State honors … received the West Hancock Award as the Most Outstanding Upperclassman.
