REDSHIRT SENIOR (2021): First Team All-MVC…MVC First Team Scholar Athlete… NFCA Third Team All-District… MVC All-Tournament Team… played in 39 games with 33 starts… finished the season with a .306 batting average, a .408 slugging percentage and a .434 on base percentage… recorded 30 hits with 24 RBI… hit 4 double with 2 home runs… finished with a season high 3 hits against Drake (4/27)…Batted in 4 runs against Drake (4/27)… scored 3 runs at Illinois State (5/1).
SENIOR (2020): MVC First Team Scholar Athlete… Started in 19 games while appearing in 20… Recorded 13 runs, 16 hits, 13 RBI’s, 5 doubles, 1 triple, and 3 home runs while batting .333… Opiola set some season highs scoring 3 runs against Bryant (2/15), brought in 3 runners vs Belmont (2/29), and had 4 assists against Omaha (3/6)... Posted a .906 fielding percentage.
JUNIOR (2019): MVC All-Tournament Team... Honorable Mention Scholar-Athlete... Appeared in 37 games with 37 starts for the Panthers... finished with 26 hits, 19 RBIs and five home runs... recorded a .255 batting average, .384 on base percentage and a .441 slugging percentage... recorded two RBIs on two hits against Purdue Fort Wayne (3/11)... Hit her first home run of the season against Indiana State (3/16)... Hit the game winning home run against Illinois State int he MVC Tournament to advance the Panthers to the MVC Semifinal... Her four RBIs in the quarterfinal game helped lead to an All-Tournament Team selection.
SOPHOMORE (2018): Appeared in 35 games in 2018, 22 of which were starts … Had 19 hits in 62 at bats … Drove in 13 runners … Hit her only home run of the season in a road win at Valparaiso (4/8) … Walked 14 times, while also reaching base by a hit by pitch six times … Three multi-hit games on the season … Drove in three runners in one game, twice in 2018 … Had a two-walk game in an extra-inning lose to Iowa State (4/12) at home.
FRESHMAN (2017): Saw action in 14 games ... Had a batting average of .316 with six hits and three RBI ... Went 2-for-4 at Loyola (4/22) ... Tallied her first collegiate hit as a pinch hitter at Indiana State (3/25).
