Panthers return home to host Milwaukee

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa — The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis team returns home this Friday, Feb. 27, to host the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at the Black Hawk Tennis Center. First serve is set for 11 a.m. CT.
UNI looks to rebound after dropping a pair of matches last weekend in Vermillion, South Dakota, falling 4-0 to the University of Wyoming and 4-3 in a tightly contested battle against the University of South Dakota.
Against Wyoming, the Cowgirls claimed the doubles point and secured three singles victories to clinch the 4-0 decision.
Sunday's match against South Dakota came down to the wire. After dropping the doubles point, UNI earned singles wins from Andrea Noa Galin, Kayla Santosa, and Abbie Peterson, but the Coyotes narrowly secured the 4-3 team victory.
