UNI wrestling: Matchups set for 2026 NWCA National Dual Meet Championships in UNI-Dome

MANHEIM, Pa. --- The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) on Sunday announced the Division I men's pools and bracket matchups for the 2026 NWCA/USMC Multi-Division National Dual Meet Championships, set to be held inside the UNI-Dome, Jan. 9-10.
Northern Iowa, who captured the Division I team title at the event in 2025, will face Cal State Bakersfield at 4 p.m. CT on Friday afternoon, followed by Ohio at 6 p.m. CT. Saturday's action will open at 9 a.m. CT with the Panthers taking on Bloomsburg, followed by Drexel at 11 a.m. CT to close out Pool B competition.
Pool A action will feature wrestlers from Harvard, Northern Illinois, Central Michigan, Campbell and South Dakota State.
This year's event features four of the top eight placing teams from a year ago including defending champion UNI and runners-up South Dakota State. You can find information for each of the participating teams in the table below.
