CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The UNI men's basketball team kicks off a three-game homestand beginning Monday night as the Panthers take on the Kohawks of Division III Coe College inside the McLeod Center in non-conference action.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT with live coverage available on ESPN+ and the Panther Sports Radio Network (93.5 The Mix) with J.W. Cox and Kevin Boyle on the call.

UNI, which is off to its best seven-game start since a 6-1 open to the 2019-20 season, matches up with Coe in the regular season for the first time since Jan. 2021 with five straight wins in the all-time series.
Northern Iowa came up short in its first loss of the season on Wednesday in a 63-60 defeat to Tulsa in the title match of the Acrisure Holiday Invitational against Tulsa in Palm Springs, California. The Panthers trailed Tulsa by seven points at halftime and tied the game midway through the second period, but struggled to contain the Golden Hurricane's three-point shooting. Will Hornseth and Kyle Pock each set new career scoring highs with 16 and 15 points respectively, with Leon Bond III scoring 14 points.
Through seven games, the Panther defense has forced 96 opposing turnovers (13.5 per game), fifth-most in the MVC. UNI has also posted the league's best scoring defense early with just 58.4 points allowed per game, the best mark in all of Division I. The Panthers are also in the top-40 in the nation in three-point percentage defense (.274) and lead the MVC with a 1.79 assist-to-turnover ratio with 16.1 assists per game (second in MVC).
Campbell enters Monday night's contest with the Kohawks sitting just eight points shy of becoming the latest member of the program's 1,000 career point club. Additionally, Hornseth currently leads as UNI's career shooting percentage leader, shooting 66.6% for his career so far, while Pock has knocked down a career-high four three-point field goals in three consecutive games.
SCOUTING COE
The Kohawks visit Cedar Falls for a Monday exhibition with UNI following a regular season matchup at the Milwaukee College of Engineering on Sunday afternoon.
Led by second year head coach John Payan, Coe posted a 14-12 season last year with a first round loss to Central College in the opening round of the American Rivers Conference (ARC) Tournament. The Kohawks were picked fourth in this year's ARC preseason poll behind Dubuque, Nebraska Wesleyan and Loras.
Coe returns a trio of Cooper Nailor, Cole Hrubes and Deuce Walters from last year's squad, with Nailor as the Kohawks' leading scorer from last season (13 PPG). Hrubes notched 12.4 points per game in 24 starts, while Walters posted 7.3 points a game.
