UNI women’s basketball round out 2023-24 non-conference schedule

Panther schedule includes visits to Las Vegas, South Dakota, Creighton and Iowa State. Season tickets on sale now.
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- UNI women's basketball has announced the final non-conference matchups for its upcoming 2023-24 season. Tip times will be announced at a later date.
The Panthers previously announced home games against Green Bay, Iowa and South Dakota State earlier this summer. UNI will face a new opponent in a preseason exhibition, hosting UW-La Crosse on Oct. 30 inside the McLeod Center.
Additions to this season's non-conference slate include a Nov. 18 road game at Ball State, as well as an appearance in the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout in Las Vegas over the Thanksgiving holiday. UNI will take on Syracuse on Nov. 24 at 1 p.m. CT, as well as Vanderbilt in a rematch from last season's Cancun Challenge on Nov. 25 at 3:30 p.m. CT at the South Point Arena, located inside the South Point Hotel and Casino.
The Panthers will close out November with a trip to Vermillion to take on South Dakota on Nov. 29, and will open December in Omaha against Creighton on Dec. 3. UNI's non-conference schedule will conclude on Dec. 20 at Hilton Coliseum in Ames as the Panthers take on in-state rival Iowa State.
UNI's 20-game Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) schedule, featuring ten home contests, will be announced at a later date.
New season tickets for the 2023-24 UNI women's basketball season are now on sale for $69. Single game tickets will go on sale at a later date.
Fans can also stop in to the UNI ticket office located in the Hall of Fame Connector and renew their tickets in person. Ticket office hours of operation run Monday through Friday, 10 a.m to 4 p.m. For new, or additional season tickets, please contact Andrew McKay at 319-273-5411.
