COLUMBIA, Missouri - After day three at the MVC swimming a diving championships, UNI sits at fourth with 322 points. The Panthers moved up one spot from Thursday's results. They trail Missouri State (546.5 points), Southern Illinois (392 points), and Indiana State (362.5 points).

UNI picked up their first top finish of the week from Moriah Ross, who won the 100 breast with a time of 1:02.12. Katie Taylor added a second place finish for the Panthers with a time of 54.08 in the 100 back. Both were on the third place 400 medley relay team.

The Panthers had five other top-eight finishes on the day, including the 400 medley (3:44.91) with Ross, Taylor, Sydney Schmidt, and Ashleigh Houlette. Mia Savicevic took fifth in the 100 breast (1:03.16), Sydney Schmidt took sixth in the 100 fly (55.96), and Kylie Engstrom took sixth in the 200 free (1:52.23). Helena Heuberger tied for sixth in the 100 back with a time of 55.79.
