Cedar Falls, IA - The UNI men's golf team will be traveling to West Des Moines to compete in the Zach Johnson Invitational, hosted by Drake University on September 30-October 1st.

The Panthers will be playing at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines, IA. Glen Oaks Country Club is designed by world renowned golf course architect Tom Farzio. Glen Oaks has been consistently ranked in the top 3 best courses in Iowa by Golf Digest.

Glen Oaks is a par 71 regulation course. The Zach Johnson Invitational will be a three-round tournament, with two rounds on Monday (36 holes), and the final round on Tuesday (18 holes).

Last week the Panthers opened their fall season at the Derek Dolenc Invitational in Madison, IL. The team placed 14th out of 18 teams. Tommy Doyle led the team carding a 218 over 54 holes placing tied for 25th. Griffin Parker followed close behind with 222 tied for 36th.
