LAKE GENEVA, Wis.—The UNI tennis team swept UW-Whitewater in competition today, 7-0.

Claudia Toledo went 2-0 this weekend at the No. 2 singles spot. Toledo defeated Julie Martin 7-5, 6-2.

Reghan Lynch defeated Gabi Ktichell 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 1 singles spot. Harri Proudfoot defeated Paige Nierman 6-2, 7-5 at the No. 3 singles spot. Daisy Phillips defeated Madeline Slicker at the No. 4 singles spot, 6-0, 6-2.

In the No. 6 singles spot, Davi Patterson defeated Madalyn Bigelow 6-2, 6-0. Valentina Caro went the distance at the No. 5 singles spot, defeating Elisa Ha 6-2, 1-6, 1-0 (11-9).

Proudfooot and Caro earned a 6-1 victory in the No. 2 doubles spot. Lynch and Toledo teamed up for a 6-2 victory in the No. 1 doubles spot to clinch the point for the Panthers.

The Panthers return to action on April 5, hosting Drake at home.
