The Panthers play four of the final six regular season games at home starting with games against Indiana State Friday at 7 p.m. and Evansville Sunday at 2 p.m. The Panthers have won five of the last seven games and are 8-2 at home this season.Â
Karli Rucker leads the way for UNI at 14.6 points per game and Howell averages 10.6 PPG. Bre Gunnels leads the Panthers in rebounding with 4.8 RPG.
Indiana State is led by Ashli O'Neal at 13.1 PPG. The Sycamores have lost six of its last eight games. UNI won the first matchup 71-51 behind Taylor Hagen's 18 points.Â
Evansville is led by Kerri Gasper with 11.4 PPG. The Aces are 3-21 on the season and 1-12 in league with the lone win coming against Valparaiso. In the first game, UNI won 74-46 and nine UNI players scored five or more points.Â
Friday's game will be a black out and Sunday's game will be the annual pink game. head coach Tanya Warren will donate $25 to cancer research for every three-pointer made.
