THE SERIES
The Panthers have dominated the series against the Braves of Bradley, holding a 65-10 all-time record. The two teams first met up on the court on November 19, 1982 with the Panthers coming out on top 2-0. The Panthers have went long stretched without dropping a match with the Braves, winning 22 matches in a row from 1985 – 1997. The Panthers are currently on a 27 match win streak.
The Panthers and Redbirds will take the court for the 81st time on Saturday. The Panthers hold the series lead at 54-26. The Panthers dominated the Redbirds from 1998-2003, winning 15 matches in row. The teams would trade wins form 2003-2007 before the Panthers went on a 16 match win streak ending in 2014. Since the October 17, 2014 match, the Panther and redbirds have traded wins with a 7-7 record headed into Saturday's contest.

• Rachel Koop returns to set the Panther offense after averaging 11.97 assist per set in 2018, leading the conference and ranking 5th nationally. Rachel Koop ranks 10th in career assists per set with a 9.19 average.

• Karlie Taylor returns for her senior season after recording 4.77 kills per set in 2018, ranking 6th nationally. Karlie Taylor ranks 2nd all-time at UNI in kills per set with a career average of 3.86.

• Taylor is the only player in UNI history to record multiple 500 kill seasons.

MVC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Rachel Koop finished the weekend with 77 total assists, leading the Panthers to two MVC victories over Missouri State and Southern Illinois on the road. Koop, while setting the Panther offense, finished with 7 kills and a .778 hitting percentage on the weekend.

 Koop helped the Panthers make quick works of the MVC rivals, setting the Panthers to two 3-0 victories. Koop recorded 36 assists against the Bears of Missouri State while adding 4 kills on 5 attacks. She backed up the performance with 41 assists and 3 kills on 4 total attacks against Southern Illinois. Koop is #10 in career assists at UNI with 2,276 assists.
