CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Drew Foster grabbed his seventh win over a top-25 wrestler, but No. 13 UNI wrestling fell to No. 3 Missouri, 23-9.

UNI (6-5 / 3-2 Big 12) continues to lead the series against Mizzou (19-0 / 7-0 MAC), 20-12. UNI took the final dual of the season last year, but has not been able to put back-to-back wins against Mizzou since 2003 when the Panthers beat the Tigers twice that year.

Jay Schwarm gave the Panthers the early lead after 125 pounds. Stall calls and a final takedown over Barlow McGhee gave Schwarm the 7-4 decision. Schwarm now leads the series against McGhee, 2-1.

Missouri would take the next five matches before Foster earned a decision at 184 pounds. Now on an eight-match win streak, Foster amassed nearly two minutes of riding time beat No. 16 Canten Marriott, 6-3. Foster has won 14 of his last 15 matches. His last loss was to No. 1 Bo Nickal of Penn State.

Heavyweight Carter Isley racked up more than two minutes of riding time and led the Panthers in takedowns with three to beat Wyatt Koelling, 8-3.
