HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. – Six Panthers for UNI wrestling advanced to the quarterfinals of the 56th annual Ken Kraft Midlands Championships set for tonight at 7 p.m.
Qualified for quarterfinals:Â

UNI has never placed more than five wrestlers in the top eight of the Midlands Championships. Last time the Panthers accomplished that feat was in 2006.

The Panthers are looking to improve on their fifth-place finishes from 2013 and 1974. The Panthers were sitting in third place behind Princeton and Iowa in the team standings after the first round.
