Enjoy $50 Mobile Pass for UNI MVC Basketball

The University of Northern Iowa is pleased to offer a $50 Mobile Pass that will include all nine Missouri Valley Conference men's basketball games this season.
The pass can be purchased at www.UNIPanthers.com/mobilepass beginning Wed., Dec. 13 through Thurs., Dec. 28. Once purchased your tickets will be delivered to your mobile phone via email no later than 24 hours prior to each game. Seating for mobile passes will be in a variety of locations in the McLeod Center to help you learn your favorite spot to enjoy the game. All of your mobile passes purchased on your account will be seated together.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Click here to purchase your Men's Basketball Mobile Pass. There is no limit to the number of mobile passes you can buy online. All mobile passes purchased on your account will be seated together. Seating location will vary by game please see the mobile ticket for seat location of each game. Mobile passes on separate accounts will not be able to be seated together. There are no refunds or exchanges. Large quantities may be seated in multiple rows.
Tickets will be emailed to you no later than 24 hours prior to the game. Please save the attachment to your mobile device prior to arriving at the game.
The seat locations will be different each game and will be listed on the mobile ticket. Mobile passes will be given in a variety of locations in the McLeod Center to give you the opportunity to find your favorite spot. There is no guarantee of locations or exchanging of locations.

Panther Scholarship Club points and parking are not valid for this mobile pass.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
How many passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?
There is no limit to the number of mobile passes you can buy online. All mobile passes purchased on your account will be seated together. Seating location will vary by game please see the mobile ticket for seat location of each game. Mobile passes on separate accounts will not be able to be seated together. There are no refunds or exchanges. Large quantities may be seated in multiple rows.
Can other people use my mobile pass?
A barcode can only be scanned once so if you are sharing your mobile pass make sure you share the correct barcodes with your guests.
Can I purchase the Pass if I don't have a smartphone?
No, you will need to be able to save the mobile ticket to a smart phone to scan to enter the game.
Can my tickets be loaded into Passbook or my Apple Wallet?
Yes.
Is the Men's Basketball Mobile Pass refundable?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Am I guaranteed a seat for all home MVC conference games with the Men's Basketball Mobile Pass?
Yes! Seat locations within the McLeod Center will vary from game to game and will be sent via email within 24-48 business hours of purchasing the Men's Basketball mobile pass. You are guaranteed at least one game in a chairback section (sections 106, 108, 113, 115).
What if I lose the email containing my mobile tickets?
Please save the tickets to your mobile device when you receive the email containing the mobile pass tickets. If you miss place the email you may call 319-273-4849 and they can resend the email for the game needed.
What do I do if I need ADA seating?
Fans requiring accessible seating should contact UNItix at 319-273-4849 after purchasing the pass to be located in an accessible seat.
