Things to know when buying a Mobile Pass:

Seat locations vary. 4 Games in TIER 3 and 1 Game in TIER 2

Mobile Passes purchased on the same account will be seated together

Tickets will be sent via Email 24-48 hours prior to game time to be saved on your mobile device prior to arriving at the game

Mobile Pass purchasers are not eligible for PSC priority points or parking passes

There is no limit to the number of mobile passes you can buy online. All mobile passes purchased on your account will be seated together. Â Seating location will vary by game please see the mobile ticket for seat location of each game. Â Mobile passes on separate accounts will not be able to be seated together. Â There are no refunds or exchanges. Â Large quantities may be seated in multiple rows.
Tickets will be emailed to you no later than 24 hours prior to the game. Â Â Please save the attachment to your mobile device prior to arriving at the game.
The seat locations will be different each game and will be listed on the mobile ticket. There is no guarantee of locations or exchanging of locations.
With your mobile ticket saved on your smartphone you can scant to enter at any entrance of the McLeod Center.
Panther Scholarship Club points and parking are not valid for this mobile pass.
How many passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?

Can other people use my mobile pass?
A barcode can only be scanned once so if you are sharing your mobile pass make sure you share the correct barcodes with your guests.
Can I purchase the Pass if I don't have a smartphone?
No you will need to be able to save the mobile ticket to a smart phone to scan to enter the game.
Can my tickets be loaded into Passbook or my Apple Wallet?
Yes.
Is the Mobile Pass refundable?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.Â
Can I get a refund for previously purchased tickets or tickets purchased incorrectly?
No. You are not able to refund prior purchases nor can you exchange them to a mobile pass.
Will I get any PSC benefits from this?
No. There will be no PSC priority points given and no PSC parking included.
How to enter the event?
With your mobile ticket saved on your smartphone you can scan to enter at any entrance.
What if I lose the email containing my mobile tickets?
Please save the tickets to your mobile device when you receive the email containing the mobile pass tickets. Â If you miss place the email you may call 319-273-4849 and they can resent the email for the game needed.
What do I do if I need ADA seating?
Fans requiring accessible seating should contact UNItix at 319-273-4849 after purchasing the pass to be located in an accessible seat.
