• The University of Northern Iowa women's volleyball team (21-8 overall, 12-4 MVC) will complete the regular season this week with two road league matches.
• The Panthers have won 11 of their last 12 matches. UNI has won each of its last three matches in 3-0 sweeps.
• UNI will match up against the Illinois State Redbirds (16-12 overall, 9-7 MVC) Friday at 7 p.m. The Redbirds defeated the Panthers in five sets to open MVC play Sept. 16.

Head coach Bobbi Petersen is in her 17th year as the UNI head coach.
Petersen has posted an impressive 431-130 record at the helm of UNI's program, with seven Missouri Valley Conference regular season titles, eight MVC tournament crowns and two NCAA Sweet 16 appearances to her credit. She ranks in the top 10 of active Division I coaches in winning percentage (.768).
In 2015, Petersen joined the 400-win club allowing her to become only the fourth MVC coach to earn 400 victories. Petersen joined Linda Dollar (758 - Missouri State), Iradge Ahrabi-Fard (503 - UNI) and Melissa Stokes (438 - Missouri State) in that elite class.
PANTHERS ARE STREAKING
The Panthers have won 11 of their last 12 matches. UNI has won each of its last three matches in 3-0 sweeps.
UNI posted a season-high eight-match win streak in October. It is UNI's longest win streak since a 24-match streak in 2011.
MVC TOURNAMENT FIELD SET
The six teams for the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Tournament are set prior to the final weekend of regular season play.
Missouri State, Wichita State, UNI, Southern Illinois, Illinois State and Loyola will compete for the MVC Tournament title Nov. 24-26 in the McLeod Center.
UNI has qualified for the MVC Tournament in 32 consecutive season - the longest active streak in the league.

Senior Amie Held hit a blistering .345 with a team-best 24 kills (4.00/set) in leading UNI to a pair of three-set sweeps of Loyola and Bradley.
Held also tallied 20 digs (3.33/set) in the two matches. Held secured nine kills (.292 hitting percentage), seven digs and a service ace in UNI's 3-0 sweep of Loyola on Friday.
Held contributed a double-double with 15 kills (.387 hitting percentage), 13 digs and a service ace in 3-0 win over Bradley on Saturday.
