Kittleson Takes 3rd; Bonin 5th at Harold Nichols Cyclone Open

AMES, Iowa - Sophomore Trevor Kittleson and freshman David Bonin led the University of Northern Iowa wrestling effort at the 2008 Harold Nichols Cyclone Open on Saturday.
Head coach Brad Penrith sent eight wrestlers to the event and Kittleson was able to place third at 149 pounds and Bonin notched a fifth-place finish at 165 pounds.
Kittleson battled back through the wrestlebacks and won six of his seven matches in the consolation bracket. Bonin posted a 5-2 mark on the day.
