Andrew Stallman was promoted to Concessions and Retail Operations Manager in August 2021. He was previously the Assistant Concessions Manager and has been a full-time staff member at UNI since 2013.
Stallman oversees food service needs at outlets and stands throughout the UNI-Dome and McLeod Center on game days, for concerts and at other expos and exhibits UNI hosts. He is also partially responsible for the experience in UNI suites and working with teams for beverage needs on game day.Â
Stallman is a 2011 graduate of UNI's construction management program. While attending UNI, he held positions with UNI Athletics Facilities working security and doing game day setup operations. He worked for Peters Construction directly out of college before joining UNI full time.Â
