Parker Shupe joined UNI Athletics and its multimedia rights holder, LEARFIELD’s Panther Sports Properties as the Coordinator of Partnership Services in September of 2024.
Shupe manages the activation and asset delivery for UNI Athletics corporate sponsorships. A Johnston, Iowa native, he graduated from Northern Illinois University in May 2024 with a degree in Sports Management, two years after earning an associate of arts degree in business from Kirkwood Community College.
Prior to his time at UNI, Shupe worked as a Property Assistant with LEARFIELD's Cyclone Sports Properties at Iowa State University helping shadow sales calls, sit in on client meetings, design surveys and question ares for clients and assist in creating sponsorship ideas for businesses at ISU sporting events.
During his final semester at NIU as a student, Shupe interned with the Huskies athletic department in marketing and fan experience. His duties included assisting the communications staff in game day activities, interacting with NIU fans at home events, assisting in the development of a fan engagement strategy and the creation and implementation of a social media plan.
Shupe played baseball collegiately at both Kirkwood and Northern Illinois, being twice named a NJCAA Academic All-American with the Eagles, and also be selected to the Mid-American Conference's (MAC) All-Academic Team in 2024.
