HIGH SCHOOL: Went undefeated his sophomore, junior and senior years at North Butler (141-0), winning three Iowa high school state titles at 285 pounds ... multiple MVP All-Conference award winner ... also played football on offense and defense as well as left field in baseball ... earned a spot on the school honor roll.
