2009-10: Wrestled at 125 in 14 of the Panthers 22 duals...posted conference wins over SDSU's Aaron Pickrel (7-3), NDSU's Justin Solberg (13-7) and Air Force's Andrew Zwirlein (6-1) earning the No. 3 seed at the West Regional...finished the 2010 dual season on a three-match winning streak...earned team's Most Courageous Award after wrestling through injury the later half of the season.
2008-09: Placed second at Loras and UNI open...took fourth-place honors at the Kaufman-Brand Open...posted a 13-9 overall record and 3-3 dual record prior to a season-ending hamstring injury.
2007-08: Earned a wild card into the 2008 NCAA Wrestling Championships after placing third at the West Regional ... secured nine wins on the year ... tallied four dual victories ... earned his first collegiate dual win over Wyoming's Cody Grant, 3-2 ... his 8-7 win over Northern Illinois' T.J. Wunnicke propelled UNI to a 24-13 dual victory ... a third-team all-WWC honoree.
2006-07: Redshirted ... captured the 125-pound title at the National Junior Varsity Tournament in Dubuque, Iowa ... placed sixth in the nation at the Junior FILA tournament in Las Vegas ... named the team's Redshirt Award recipient at the season-ending team banquet.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Northview High School ... posted a career record of 226-17 ... became the 14th wrestler in the state of California to place four times at the state meet ... took second place in 2006, third in 2004, sixth in 2003 and seventh in 2005 ... five-time freestyle state champion in California ... placed third at the 2005 Junior National ... 5 counties champion in 2006 ... three-time division champion, three-time masters champion and a three-time junior dual team member ... the Viking of the Year award winner in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 ... ranked No. 10 in the nation at 119 pounds by the Amateur Wrestling News, No. 11 by InterMat and No. 13 by W.I.N.
