2017-18: Honorable mention All-Conference….Top time in the 100 backstroke, swimming an even 57 seconds at the MVC Championships….Top finish in the 100 backstroke against South Dakota State, swimming into first place (59.48)….Top time in the 200 backstroke at MVC Championships (2:07.94)….Took first in the 200 backstroke against Omaha (2:09.53)….Top finish in the 200 IM, swimming a 2:13.60 for first place
2016-17: Won the consolation final in the 100 backstroke at MVC Championships, timing in at 56.76 (2/15-2/18).....Top-16 finish in the 200 backstroke, swimming a 2:04.88….Competed in the 400 IM, swimming in at 4:30.11.....Had season best times in two events at the Big Challenge (11/18-11/20).....Swam a 54.51 in the 100 freestyle….Timed in at 57.47 in the 100 backstroke....Season best times in the 50 backstroke and freestyle came at the Mutual of Omaha Invite (12/1-12/3)....Swam a 25.73 in the 50 freestyle....Timed in at 26.67 in the 50 backstroke (12/1-12/3)….Swam to a time of 2:05.98 in the 200 backstroke (12/1-12/3)….Nabbed a time of 2:08.33 in the 200 IM and a time of 4:33.08 in the 400 IM (12/1-12/3)….Swam to a time of 1:13.89 in the 100 breaststroke against Quincy/Sioux Falls (10/21)....Timed in at 2:14.73 in the 200 butterfly at the Missouri State Invitational (10/8)....Nabbed a top-8 finish in the 100 IM at the UNO Invite (12/1-12/3), timing in at 1:00.31….Teamed up with Ostrowski, Herrmann and Phyfe for a third place finish in the 200 medley relay, swimming a 1:46.77 (12/1-12/3).....Would team up with Ostrowski, Herrmann and Phyfe in the 400 medley relay, swimming a 3:52.06 (11/18-11/20)
2015-16: Earned First-Team All Conference…..Won the consolation final of the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:03.26 (2/20).....Had a Top-10 finish in the 400 IM with a time of 4:30.98 (2/19)....Top-8 finishes in the 100 backstroke, with a time of 1:00.35 (2/19)......Broke the school record with Crystal Florman, Veronica Herrmann and Aftin Phyfe in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:44.83 (2/19)....Took home first place in the 200 medley relay with Molly Lembezeder, Veronica Herrmann and Crystal Florman, timing in at 1:42.37 (2/17).... Took home third place in the 800 freestyle relay with Molly Lembezeder, Sierra Sachtjen and Rachel Siebenaller, timing in at 7:27.70 (2/17)....Took third in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:09.90. First place in the 200 Medley Relay with Crystal Florman, Veronica Herrmann and Molly Lembezeder for a time of 1:47.75 (1/23)…Finished with a time of 57.71 in the 100 Freestyle, good for third place. Competed in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:15.59 (1/16)…First place in the 200 Medley Relay with Molly Lembezeder, Crystal Florman and Veronica Herrmann for a time of 1:46.45 (1/15)…Finished the 200 Backstroke race with a time of 2:03.47, the 400 IM with a time of 4:35.23 and the 100 Backstroke with a time of 57.71, 100 Freestyle time of 54.85, 200 Freestyle time of 1:57.68, 50 Backstroke time of 26.20, and the 200 IM with a time of 2:10.36 (12/4-6)…Competed in the 400 IM with a time of 4:37.05 and 100 Backstroke swimming a 57.93. 50 Freestyle time of 25.36 (11/20-22)….Swam a time of 2:07.87 in 200 Backstroke for first place (11/14)…Swam a 2:14.07 in the 200 Butterfly (11/6)…Swam a 2:09.02 in the 200 Backstroke (10/30)… Second place finish in the 200 Medley Relay with Crystal Florman, Olivia Knowles and Molly Lembezeder for a time of 1:49.18 and a time of 1:00.51 in the 100 Backstroke. Second place in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:10.39 and a time of 2:15.40 in the 200 IM (10/23)…Rinaldi took second place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1 minute, 7.05 seconds, and in the 200 backstroke in 2:25.80. Rinaldi also took home the third-place spot in the 200 IM with a time of 2:31.17 (10/22)
