SENIOR (2023-24): MVC Honor Roll ... Appeared in 32 games making four starts and averaging 14.3 minutes per game … Averaged 5.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game … Set a career high in assists with six against Drake (2/3/24) … Recorded a season-high 16 points at Iowa State (12/20/23).
JUNIOR (2022-23): MVC Honor Roll ... Appeared in 28 games with five starts across 33 games... Averaged 3.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 10.1 minutes over the season... Set a career-high in three point field goals making 16 of 36 treys (44.4%) including making three in a game against Indiana State on 2/5/23.
SOPHOMORE (2021-22 AT BEMIDJI STATE): Heittola averaged 15.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.85 assists in over 24 minutes of play per game... Heittola led the Beavers in points and rebounds per game with 27 games played... Named to the NSIC All-Conference First Team and to the NSIC Winter All-Academic Team.
SOPHOMORE (2020-21 AT BEMIDJI STATE): Started in all 16 games this season playing 387 minutes... Recorded six 20-point games, including both games of the NSIC Tournament... Ranked third in the NSIC in field goal percentage, six in rebounds per game and seventh in scoring per game... Led the team with points scored with 245 averaging 15.3 points a game... Led BSU shooting 50.5 percent from the field and went 81.9 percent from the free-throw line... Also led the team in rebounds with 118, 7.4 rebounds per game... Set a career high in blocks with 2 in four games totaling 14 this season...Also set career high in steals with 2 in three games totaling 12 in the year... Finished the season with 16 assists... Had three double-doubles this season all being points and rebounds.

Shot 45.3 percent from the floor and 80 percent from the free throw line... Averaged 10.9 points per game, with a total of 294, and 5.7 rebounds, with a total of 154... Ranked sixth in the conference in free throw attempts, seventh in free throws made, and 10th in free throw percentage this season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A letter winner in basketball from Belleville High School under head coach Sean Greenleaf... The Wildcats’ team captain is a two-time All-Capitol South Conference First Team honoree... Named 2017-18 All-Area Second Team, 2016-17 All-Area honorable mention and finished third in Wisconsin in total rebounds in 2017-18... Letter winner in soccer and volleyball... Two-time All-CSC First Team member in both soccer and volleyball.
PERSONAL: Heittola is the daughter of Myron and Lois Heittola... She is majoring in biology... Heittola spends her time off the court watching movies and tv shows, hanging out with friends, listening to music, online shopping, hiking, boating, and going to Starbucks.
