2021 OUTDOOR: Stopped the clock at 38:38.14 for a personal-best in the 10,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 14-16) … Took third with a personal-best of 18:16.86 in the 5000 meters at the South Dakota Tune-Up (May 7) … Clocked a personal-best in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:01.23 at the USD Early Bird (April 3).
2021 INDOOR: Clocked a personal-best time of 5:17.38 in the mile, placing fourth, at the Panther Invite (Jan. 9) … Part of the 4x400 team that took first with a time of 4:01.01 at the Panther Invite (Jan. 9) … Stopped the clock at 10:29.23 for a personal-best in the 3000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (Jan. 22) … Placed third in the mile with a time of 5:25.38 at the Wartburg Friday Night Lights Meet (Jan. 29).
2020 INDOOR: Competed at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10), Jack Jennett Open (1/23), and the Cyclone Open (1/24)… Ran a PR in the 3000 meter with a time of 10:47.65 at the Black and Gold Premier (1/31)… Also recorded a PR in the mile with a time of 5:21.05 at the Wartburg Meet (2/7)… Placed first in the distance medley relay at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Invitational (2/22) with a time of 12:34.03.
2019 Outdoor Season: Finished ninth in the 1,500 at the Jim Duncan Invite (March 30)... Ran a career-best time in the 1,500 at the MUSCO Twilight to take seventh (April 13)... Competed at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (May 3).
