2015: INDOOR: Ran a season-best in the indoor mile at the Panther Open (1/17) … recorded a time of 8:47.42 in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Championships (2/28) for a season-best.
2015: OUTDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 15:25.59 in the 5,000 meters at the Gibson Invitational (4/16) … also had a season-best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Musco Invitational (5/2) with a time of 9:38.82 ... earned the MVC President's Council and Commissioner's Academic Excellence Awards along with being named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2014: INDOOR: Competed in the indoor mile at the UNI-Dome Open (2/21) with a time of 4:26.33, placing in the top-10 … ran a personal-best in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/31) with a time of 8:46.56 … also finished with an indoor personal-best in the 5,000 meters at the Meyo Invitational (2/7) for a time of 15:02.59.
2014: OUTDOOR: Notched a personal-best in the 1,500 meters at the ESU Spring Open (3/29) with a time of 4:10.81 … ran an outdoor personal-best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:12.67 at the Jim Duncan Invitational (4/11) … competed in the 3,000 meters steeplechase at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22), winning the event with a personal-best time of 9:38.00.
2013: INDOOR: Ran a season-best in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/25) with a time of 9:07.25 … finished third overall in the 3,000 meters at the Panther Open (1/12).
2013: OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best time of 15:17.29 in the 5,000 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/25).
High School: Led NU High to a Class 1A state title as a senior in 2010 ... finished 14th overall at the state meet and was NU's top finisher with a 5k time of 16:57 ... placed 21st at the Class 1A state meet as a junior ... three-time state cross country championships qualifier in total ... sixth in the 1600m and eighth in the 3200m at the state track & field championships as a senior ... eighth in the 3200m run as a junior in 2010 ... anchored the NU High 1600m medley relay to a runner-up finish as a junior.
