2014: INDOOR: Finished with a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Jennett Invitational (1/31) with a time of 11:23.70.
2014: OUTDOOR: Competed in the 5,000 meters twice during the season … notched a personal-best time in the event at the Wartburg Outdoor Twilight (4/22) with a time of 18:46.31 … earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
2013: INDOOR: Ran a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Wisconsin Elite Invite (1/18) with a time of 11:11.30.
2013: OUTDOOR: Recorded a personal-best time in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Duncan Invite (4/12) with a time of 5:13.97 … was named to the MVC Honor Roll.
