2018: started 50 games for the Panthers, while appearing in 51 ... saw most of her playing time at first base for UNI … batted .291 in 151 at bats … set a career-high in hits with 44, and doubles with 11 … drove in 25, with two long balls in 2018 … led the team in walks (24) and hit by pitches (8) … drove in a season-high four runs, and recorded a season-high four hits in a win over George Washington (2/17) … reached base in seven of the first eight games of the season … tallied nine multi-hit games in 2018 … finishes her UNI career with 146 base hits.
2017: Saw action in 43 games mostly at first base ... batting average of .275 with two home runs and 15 RBI ... tied for team-best .436 on-base percentage ... went 3-for-4 with seven RBI and two home runs vs. Illinois State (May 6) ... was second on the team with 261 putouts ... was named MVC Player of the Week (May 8) ... drew a team-high 28 walks ... posted seven multi-hit games ... finished the season reaching base in 14 consecutive games.
2016: Earned second-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors ... saw action in 56 games and made 56 starts ... she batted .289 with eight home runs and drove in 34 runs ... scored 23 runs for the second consecutive year ... posted 39 hits and a .519 slugging percentage ... drew a team-high 44 walks which boosted her on-base percentage to .467 ... went 2-for-2 with two home runs and three RBI vs. Loyola (April 16) ... clubbed a grand slam in the second game of the doubleheader vs. Loyola (April 16).
2015: Named MVC Newcomer of the Week (March 9)... drove in a team-high 36 runs… tallied a team-best .408 on-base percentage… batted .293 with a .553 slugging percentage… hit eight home runs with seven of those coming in conference play… went 2-3 with four RBI in an 11-0 win over Loyola (3/21)... homered in four straight games (April 18-25)... reached base in 13 straight games… went 3-for-4 with a RBI against No. 11 Tennessee (March 6).
High School: Bailey was part of a Delta Heat squad that won the 2012 and 2014 national championship in Canada… named top second baseman during both of the national championship runs while leading the tournament in RBI… posted a batting average of .489 in 2014 while hitting 12 home runs, seven triples and 22 doubles while driving in 84 runs… batted .473 in 2013 with 24 doubles and 77 RBI.
