2022 OUTDOOR: Set a career best in the discus throw with a toss of 37.03 meters (121 feet, 6 inches) at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (April 6-9) ... earned the MVC Commissioner's Excellence Award for a GPA of 3.5 or higher and named to the MVC Honor Roll.

2021-2022 INDOOR: Won weight throw with a 16.94 meters (55-7) and took second in shot put with a career best throw (14.13 meters / 46-4.25 feet) at the Jack Jennett (Jan. 21) ... third in weight throw (17.30 / 56-9.25) and fourth in shot put (13.27 / 43-6.5) at Friday Knight Lights Invitational.

2020-21 OUTDOOR: Had a season best in the shot put at the USD Early Bird Meet of 13.11 meters (43’0.25”) ... threw a personal record throw of 49.21 meters (161’5”) in the hammer throw at the South Dakota Tune-Up.

2020-21 INDOOR: Finished ninth in the weight throw at the Summit League Indoor Championship Meet with a personal record effort of 17.99 meters (59’0.25”), ranking her sixth all-time at SDSU ... hit a personal record in the shot put of 13.61 meters (44’8”) at the Jim Emmerich Invite ... placed 10th in the shot put at the Summit League Indoor Championship Meet.

2019-20 OUTDOOR: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR: Competed in nine events … ended the season on a high note, picking up a PR in the weight throw with a toss of 56-3.75 at the Summit League Championships … took third in the weight throw at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a mark of 55-3 … threw a season-best shot put mark of 42-2 at the SDSU Last Chance.

2018-19 OUTDOOR: Competed in 17 events … picked up three PRs on the season beginning with a discus mark of 130-2 to take 11th at the Red Raider Open … followed with a hammer throw mark of 157-8.00 to take seventh at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays … capped the season with a PR in the shot put at the Summit League Championships, 43-5.

2018-19 INDOOR (AT SDSU): Competed in 17 events… took second in the discus with a throw of 120-6 in the first event of her SDSU career … threw a season-best mark of 42-1.5 in the shot put at the SDSU DII Invitational to finish ninth.

HIGH SCHOOL: Iowa state track qualifier in shot put and discus all four years at Bishop Garrigan High School ... 2015 placed second in shot put and fourth in discus at state ... placed third in shot put and fifth at the state championships in 2016 ... placed fourth in shot put and fifth in discus at 2017 state meet ... placed third in discus in 2019 ... named to the All-Iowa track team in 2015 ... also played volleyball and first base in softball ... was her high school's commencement speaker.
