SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Played in 13 games...scored 20 points, averaging 1.5 points per game, shot 34.6 percent from the floor, grabbing 11 rebounds and finishing with 6 steals…finished with 3 steals against St. Ambrose (12/04/2020) and Missouri State (12/28/20)...scored a season high 4 points against Evansville (01/02/21) going 2-3 from the field.
FRESHMAN (2019-20): Redshirt
HIGH SCHOOL: Evan Gauger has been a four-year varsity player at Indianola High School, the last two under Coach Brett Watson. As a sophomore, Gauger averaged 14.2 points per game while recording 58 steals and 54 assists on the season, earning all-conference honorable mention honors. As a junior, during the 2017-18 season, Gauger averaged 19.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game, and was a unanimous first team all-conference selection. gauger managed to earn Second Team All-State honors as a senior.
PERSONAL: Evan is the son of Kelly and Tim Gauger.
