Zac Reynolds joined the UNI Athletics staff as Director of Equipment in February 2025.
In his role, Reynolds oversees all equipment room operations and staff, and provides uniform and equipment maintenance, repairs and inventory for UNI’s 17 varsity sponsored sports programs.
Reynolds, a 2020 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Sport and Exercise, most recently served as Assistant Director of Equipment at Northern Colorado, where he was responsible for placing orders for equipment and apparel, maintaining and reconditioning team equipment, monitoring inventory, overseeing laundry duties and traveling with teams as needed for road games.
In addition to his time at Northern Colorado, Reynolds, a Denison, Iowa native, also served a stint as Recreation Coordinator for the City of Greeley, ordering uniforms, prizes and sports equipment for local recreational activities. An active member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA), he also worked as a locker room attendant for the Colorado Eagles, the American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Colorado Avalanche, as well as a volunteer equipment managers for Northern Colorado’s club hockey team.
