MILWAUKEE: Was a pole vaulter for the UW-Milwaukee Panthers.
2019 Outdoor: Was a part of Milwaukee's strong showing in pole vault at the Horizon League Championships, taking fourth overall and tying his career best at 4.65m (15-3) ... that height already ranks him tied for 10th in program history ... started the season taking fourth in pole vault at 4.40m (14-5 1/4) at the Jack Shaw Classic April 5 ... had a big PR of 4.65m at Kentucky's home meet April 20 ... one week later, came in fifth at 4.33m (14-2 1/2) at Louisville.
2019 Indoor: Saved his best for last, earning a podium spot with a fourth-place finish at his first Horizon League Championships ... cleared a season-best height of 4.55m (14-11) at the league meet ... made his collegiate debut Jan. 12 at the Badger Icebreaker ... one week later, cleared the bar at 4.05m (13-3 1/2) at the home Tierney Classic ... made a big jump, clearing 4.45m (14-7 1/4) at Notre Dame's Meyo Invite Feb. 2 ... finished third with a height of 4.37m (14-4) at the Panther Tune-Up Feb. 16.
HIGH SCHOOL: A three-sport athlete from powerhouse Kimberly High School... broke his school record in pole vault to kick off his senior year with an impressive height of 4.59m (15-1), taking first an impressive nine times this season ... his eighth-place finish at state helped the Papermakers to a second straight team title ... also helped Kimberly to its fifth consecutive state title in football as a wide receiver and punter ... earned first-team all-conference honors ... was also a standout wrestler, winning his regional and just missing a berth to state this year at the 160 division ... earned all-conference honors three times.
