2020 INDOOR: Competed at the Hawkeye Invitational (1/10), Jack Jennett Open (1/23), the Cyclone Open (1/24), and the Black and Gold Premier (1/31)… Placed fourth in the mile with a personal best time of 5:18.40 at the Wartburg Meet (2/7)… Placed first in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:34.03 at the Liz Wuertz Indoor Invitational (2/22).
2018: Finished 8th at the Dan Huston XC Invite with a 6K time of 23.21.8... Was 36th at the Bradley Pink Classsic with an 8K time of 23:15.8.
2017:Â Finished 26th at the open race of the Bradley Pink Classic 6K, after clocking a time of 23:36.4.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-time team MVP in cross country at South Winneshiek High School… Two-time team MVP for her track and field squad at South Winneshiek HS… Earned seventh overall as a senior in cross country at the state championships… Placed fifth overall in the 4x800 anchor at the 2016 state championships… Came in 11th at the state cross country championships in 2015.

PERSONAL: Born Josephine Rebekah Kriener on May 21, 1999… Native of Fort Atkinson, Iowa… Daughter of Tom and Laurie Kriener… Has three sisters, Brooke, Ashley and Morgan Kriener… Made the honor roll all four years of high school… Member of National Honor Society, speech and student government in high school… Chose UNI because of countless academic and athletic opportunities.
