OUTDOOR: Took second place in the 800m at the MVC Championships, clocking in at 1:53.14 and again earning All-MVC honors ... ran a season-best 800m time of 1:51.15 at the Musco Invitational (5/1) to claim third place ... won the 800m at the Jim Duncan Invitational (4/10), finishing in 1:51.81 ... ran a season-best 1500m time at the Tom Botts Invitational (4/3), clocking in at 3:57.43.
2009: INDOOR: Earned his first All-MVC honors at the Valley Championships, taking third place in the mile with a time of 4:16.05 ... also earned All-MVC honors as a member of the Panthers' third place distance medley relay.
OUTDOOR: Took third place at the MVC Championships in the 1500m run to earn All-MVC honors ... recorded a season-best time of 3:54.69 in the 1500m at the Nebraska Quad ... clocked in a season-best 1:52.06 in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Twilight to finish fourth ... finished second at the Messersmith Invitational in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:52.97.
