2018 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON: Placed sixth at the Bradley Intercollegiate Championships in the 3M with a time of 17:26.5.
SOPHOMORE (2017)
Finished 21st overall at the Hawkeye Invite (9/1) with a time of 14:50.3 in the 4K… Her time in the 4K of 14:50.3 ranks 7th all-time at UNI.

FRESHMAN (2016)
Competed in all six races for the Panthers as a true freshman… Earned two top-30 finishes for UNI… Placed a season-high 24th overall at the Hawkeye Invite (9/1) with a time of 10:44.8 in the 3K… Finished 26th overall in the Badger Classic after running a 23:49.7 in the 6K. Aided the Panthers to a league title at the MVC Championships (10/29) after finishing the 5K in 18:56.0 for 37th overall.

Lettered in cross country and track and field at Durant High School… Was a state qualifier at the state cross country meet all four years… Won the state title in 1A in cross country as a senior… Qualified for state track four years in a row… Won the 3,000 meter title her senior year in track and medaled as a sophomore… Qualified for state in the 1,500 and distance medley relay as a sophomore and senior… Was a Drake Relays qualifier as a senior in the 3,000 and 1,500 meters… Named the Most Valuable Runner in cross country and track all four years of high school.
