Taryn Freer hired as Athletics Ticketing Director

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- UNI Athletics on Monday announced the hiring of Taryn Freer as its new Athletics Ticketing Director.
In this role, Freer will manage the day-to-day functions of ticketing for UNI Athletics, develop and execute event creation, programs and maintain the ticketing system for Panther sporting events.
I am excited to be joining the University of Northern Iowa Athletics as the Athletic Ticketing Director, said Freer. This role gives me the opportunity to help create positive game day experiences and build strong connections with the Panther community. I'm looking forward to contributing in a meaningful way and supporting the continued growth of UNI Athletics!
Freer comes to UNI after recently completing a master's degree in public administration from the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she also earned a bachelor's degree in political science. She has spent the past three years working in the Toledo Athletics Ticket Office.
In her time as both an associate and graduate assistant at Toledo, Freer assisted customers in purchases, conducted renewal calls, managed event creations, price set ups and promotions, as well as coordinating with Toledo's Athletic Development Department to support new and renewable income to the Rocket Fund Foundation.
