CEDAR FALLS, Iowa --- The Panther Scholarship Club (PSC) experienced yet another record-breaking year in 2023 as it celebrated its 60th anniversary. In the last calendar year, the PSC raised a cash total of $1,567,547, surpassing its 2022 all-time record by $12,765.

A significant part of the PSC's continued growth in 2023 can be attributed to new members and increased support. In total, the PSC welcomed in 337 new members and individuals who increased their support. This growth led to $169,251 of new money for student-athlete scholarship support.
"We are grateful to all of the PSC donors who helped us reach another record breaking year," said Jamar Thompson, Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. "We want to thank all of the PSC members, including the PSC Board and volunteers, for investing in the success of our student-athletes."
"We are grateful for the generosity of so many loyal Panther fans," said interim Athletics Director Bob Bowlsby. "Contributions for scholarship support are critical to our being able to empower students to get a life-changing education and to compete at the highest levels possible."
