Enjoy the 2023 football season with all our football gamedays have to offer!
CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Panther fans will get their first opportunity to watch UNI football inside the UNI-Dome this season when the Panthers host the Weber State Wildcats on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 4 p.m. CT.
UNI's home opener brings fun and exciting opportunities for fans to celebrate the game day with the best fans in the FCS. Also listed are other amenities and safety information that will make your day as enjoyable as possible.
Hv-Vee Fan Zone – In 2023, the Hy-Vee Fan Zone will take place on Sept. 9 and Oct. 21 and be located in the northwest corner of the west UNI-Dome parking lot. The hassle-free tailgate experience features live music and free food samples, drinks and beer for sale. Fans can arrive at the Fan Zone at 1:30 p.m. and stay until 3:30 pm.
Concessions – Get set to savor the game with a lineup of football-themed delights at this season's home matches! From Chick-fil-A's winning bites to George's Local's community pride to the cheesy goodness of Papa
John's Pizza to Rob's Mini Donuts' bite-sized thrills, we've got your taste buds covered. But the action doesn't stop there – cool off with frozen margaritas as chill as a game-changing play, or explore the craft beer zone for a victory sip.
And kids, we've got a special play just for you: try our "Kitten Combo" – it's got popcorn, juice, and candy, making gametime super fun for everyone. And if you're looking for a more budget-friendly choice, we offer sugar-free lemonade that's both refreshing and light. Quench your thirst affordably with the new price of water.
In the northwest corner of the UNI Dome, a gastronomic journey awaits you like never before with our latest addition – Game Day Grub. Get ready to embark on a flavorful expedition that changes with every game, bringing you a taste of local cuisine from your favorite spots in town and one-time concession favorites that will leave you craving more. With a rotating menu stopping by every gameday is a must! ALL-IN-1 Ticket - ALL-IN-1 is a smart ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update to the next event. The ALL-IN-1 pass consolidates your entire sports season, series of performances, or set of shows into a single pass. More information can be found HERE.
Mobile App - The new UNI Panthers mobile app is now live and is your place for all information for the purple and gold! From ticketing information to schedules, rosters, stats and more, the app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Panther Sports Radio Network - 93.5 The Mix is the new flagship station for UNI football! Catch all the play-by-play action on the field with J.W. Cox and Scott Petersen with a one-hour pregame show, the full game and postgame coverage to follow. Fans can also listen to the game online, or on the UNI Athletics mobile app.
Tailgating/Parking - Lots open six hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game. Charcoal grills and gas grills are permitted for cooking. No open fires are allowed. Panther Scholarship Club lots remain the same with entrance granted with a pass while other public lots are available around the UNI-Dome and McLeod Center. Golf Cart Shuttles - For those that need assistance getting to and from the UNI-Dome from the parking lots. Please communicate with your parking attendant in your particular lot and they can assist with having a golf cart pick you up from your location. If you park on the south side of 27th Street, please meet the shuttle near the cross walk.
Mothers Room - For mothers with infants, we are offering a nursing room located between sections Q and R on the west concourse.
Kids Zone - The Kids Zone will be located on the north deck in the UNI-Dome. This will give our younger fans the opportunity to get creative with some fun Panther coloring activities. The Kids Zone will open 30 minutes before kickoff and will close at the end of the third quarter.
McLeod Center Restrooms - Additional restrooms will be available in the McLeod Center concourse. This does include gender neutral restrooms on the south end.
